At Pampered Aesthetics, we’re committed to delivering your skincare rituals with care, speed, and a little magic. Below is our shipping policy to ensure transparency and peace of mind.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is packed and ready to go, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Within Canada
We currently ship across Canada via Canada Post and other trusted carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $225 CAD (before taxes and discounts).
Estimated Delivery Times
Ontario & Quebec: 2–5 business days
Rest of Canada: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available at our Warkworth, Ontario studio. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready with instructions to arrange a pickup time.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within Canada. We’re working toward expanding to select international destinations soon.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Pampered Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our facility. If your package is damaged or missing, please contact us at pamperedaesthetics@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.
